The Enemy
"An Enemy Is One Whose Story We Have Not Heard by"( Gene Knudsen Hoffman) This qoute is a very strong and literal saying that can mean many things. My opinion is that you have to be open minded and listen before acting. We may in some instance judge a book by its cover, same thing with a person. In order for some one to be considerd an enemy you need to first understand were there coming from and there point of view. A greater understanding of a person allows you to see the human side in them and possibaly permiss them as a enemy. The person may seem as a bad on but in reality they may be one of the best persons in the world. But then again not everything is the same so we really have to know when and when not to apply this quote. In fact the enemy might just turn out to be one of our best friend to be.

No Peace!!!!!
!!!Reasons for no peace!!!
Many problems arise each and every second, some tough and some not so much. Living near the border brings a sense of what is really tough to overcome. The fact that Juarez is such a violent city, may make us feel unprotected as well. The main element preventing this city to be peaceful is the fact that good is not always good enough. With this I mean that even if what you have is really good and may seem all you need, most people are not satisfied, the feeling of just wanting more and more is the main reason problems are arising and creating all the havoc these times.
For example, the cartels in Mexico are all progressing, why. We all know that due to the lack of supplies of some of the families in Mexico many people will do just about anything in order to sustain themselves and their families. The fact that Juarez is very low on jobs and the jobs they do offer are all very low paying, makes all these people look for an easier way out. That is where the Cartels come into place, by offering some mediocre price to people, which is better than most jobs in Juarez, get people to work for the cartels. The people later on don’t just work for the cartel because they are very needy or cannot sustain their families, instead they keep working because they all want more, they too want to keep progressing.
Another main cause that has lead for Juarez to keep going downhill is because as it is known, Juarez used to be a popular place for tourism, I say used to because now nobody wants to go any more , just by thinking of going may cause some people to shiver. It is so violent that all Juarez is known for now is practically being worse than the war. Juarez is the one of the main headlines in some newspaper events due to all of the killings that takes place, not each week but each day. At least six or seven killed is the usual number of people known to have been killed each and every day, which are just the ones found. Some are killed and may take months before the bodies are found.
By looking at Juarez and what may seem to be the main cause preventing peace to take place. We can infer that Juarez is a small model of what also is going on all over the U.S. The U.S also has a problem with the lack of jobs all over the world. Due to the lack of employment most people join the cartels and get involved in many heartless jobs. The main thing about these harsh jobs is that no one is to be trusted in these organizations. While the person is needed, that person may be treated very well making him feel at the very top. Ironically what most people are arrogant about is that as soon as this person is not to be used anymore. Then he too will be gotten rid of, what seemed as the best for that person might just have been like an ambush for him to be killed.
Therefore, in the whole U.S, and countrywide, trustworthiness is a really major asset in order to create and live a peaceful environment, with people not trusting each other can result in the fact of the whole country going down. The cause of not trusting any one also comes from the fact that we ask ourselves, how is it that these cartels are able to get weapons just like the ones the government own? There are cartels that even have better weapons than what the soldier’s carry, so how do they get hold of them, maybe even the same soldiers provide the weapons for all these bad guys. The fact is that during these times of unpeacefuleness no one is to be trusted in, not even the people known serve as the protectors of the people. Many questions are to be asked, these are just a few to ask ourselves if we want to live in a better place...

Shooting and violence in Juarez
In acccordance to the weekends disaster over the birthday shootout, in my belief the violence everyday is getting worse and worse. Many people are being killed, some guilty and some innocent, fact is that these killers, sikarios dont really care who they kill. This event shows us how it is merely impossible to go to Mexico without having to worry about being killed. There's is a saying " el k nada deve nada teme" in other words if you don't owe anything there is no need to be scared of anything, but nowadays even the most saint person is to be scared. This situation is extremely out of control and in my opinion i dont see a soon resolution to the problem. Everything is now being controlled by cartels, if you get in their way, they will take you out. Matter of fact is that the government is not doing anything so in my belief the only resolution to these tragic times would be if another cartel takes over and slows things down, even then another war would erupt in between two cartels.

RE: World Youth Peace Organizations
Many organizations are created each and every year, not all are for the same reason of focus. Peace organizations are created to create “peace”, one well known peace organization is the World Youth Peace Organization. This organization is against all problems and major conflicts going on around the world. The war is the main factor contributing to the creation of this world youth organization, in order to help the innocent people the organization gathers and study what can be done after a disaster. In attacking, more often than not, innocents are the ones who usually are killed rather than the opposite forces. For Example one of the most known attacks that killed many innocent people during an aerial attack was known to have “Caused the documented high level of civilian casualties -- 3,000 - 3,400 [October 7, 2001 thru March 2002] civilian deaths -- in the U.S. air war upon Afghanistan? The explanation is the apparent willingness of U.S. military strategists to fire missiles into and drop bombs upon, heavily populated areas of Afghanistan." Having the knowledge that the choice of sending the aerial attack could result in the loss of many innocent people did not stop the government from sending the attack.
Another main mission of this organization is to make the problems known to the people, those that are more vulnerable to not knowing the current circumstances are mainly women, children, and elderly. These groups are always the last group to know that problems are arising every day. The groups communicate the problems to the participants and have meetings, taking advantage and discuss what could be done to better the situations.
This organization is known globally and consists of various groups that are in places where war has nothing to do with the problem. Other problems and in which these other places are because of starvation and people being in need of help financially “European Headquarter: Geneva, Switzerland.
Africa: South Africa
Asia: Japan.
North America: New York
South America: Brazil
Middle East: Kuwait
All the above headquarters will have liaison offices in several Countries”.

An example of people being in need of food money and beside that they still has to deal with the war is an innocent girl "I and all my classmates are very sad because of the situation in our homeland. When our teacher said in the class that many people have been killed in Afghanistan, I and my all classmates started weeping because everyone has relatives there. I expect America not to kill the poor Afghans. They are hungry and poor." With people in need like these is when the organization comes in to play. The organization can be contacted by various ways. By phone and also by E-mail are the common ways to contact this organization. Below is the information in order to contact the groups. SUB-HEAD OFFICE
